Since I was little, Mew is my favorite. I tried everything to catch him on Pokémon Red, on my old, grey, squared Gameboy, but I never managed to get him. When I was playing with my brother and we were imagining pokemon battles, I wasn't allowed to have Mew because we thought there was oly one of his kind in the world. When I learned a few years later that he is a Mythical pokémon, and therefore, even if he is rare, it is possible for a trainer to own one, I was fucking ecstatic!
I did all the possible games starting with a level 5 Mew (thanks to the cheats) and when I imagine myself in this universe, it is always him who accompanies me.
