But it's attack- Riotous Beating- makes it ridiculously effective as an attacker anywhere. With one DCE, it can do 120 damage, and in Standard he just gets broken with 180 damage. Comparing just about every other Stage 1 GX, nothing else can do that much damage with just a DCE, and very few overall can even attack without using a specific color of energy.
