Honestly there isn't a trio or set of legendaries I can say I consistently like aside from the genies that I consistently dislike.
If you really twisted my arm I'd probably say the Galarian birds since they're actually pretty cool but aside from a single cutscene, have no idea about their personality or even if they have any anime episode to flesh them out, so they just exist as something I have loose positive thoughts about.
