Post a Gen 8 design and explain what works and doesn't work about it

What works:
>Mixing a chameleon with a spy is a great concept.
>The color scheme is actually pretty great.
What doesn't:
>They way it's stylized makes it way too much like a cartoon lizard than an actual monster. The design simplicity reminds me more of "tropey" western cartoon animals than a monster meant for combat.
>It's genral anatomy is far too skinny. It looks like if I flicked it, it would become mortally wounded. I get lizards are skinny and spies are commonly depicted as a smooth, slender agents but this is far too skinny. It looks malnourished. Someone give this thing a sandwich.
>It's overall anatomy is far too human than lizard. Arms and legs are below the head and torso instead of on the side, like actual lizards. Its torso is basically a beer gut. Combine that with it's skinny limbs it just looks off.
>the way stands and it's smug aura offends me. Feels more so like an individual character than a species/group.
>Random ass line between its eyes for no resson
>genuinely looks like a recycled but more humanoid Salazzle but painted blue. From It's bedroom eyes, to the fins on It's back being similar Salazzles tassels, etc. It's not even original and very uninspired.
>Random ass fins on it's back which I would assume is only there because "hurr durr it's a water type."
