Tails the best I know of is some ancient shady "strat" of holding "up" on the D-Pad during the enemies coin flips that increases the chance of Tails showing up. Supposedly it's all pre-calculated as well so who the hell knows. Best you can do is avoid having to abuse coin flips and ALWAYS have a Wigglytuff somewhere to use "Do the Wave" for an easy 60 damage with a full bench.
>>21709693Just got Venomoth actually. Should prop tweak my deck if I run into a wall and bro him in. I actually run eevee with Jolteon and Vaporeon (the GB all colorless energy requirement ones) in case I run into a shitty situation. Honestly though the Nidoking, Scyther, and Pinsir lines have given me the most amount of success outside of me getting carried by Wigglytuff whenever I can set it up. Ivysaur is also a bro with Poison Powder as well. It's a shame about the energy costs of the Venusaur line though.
Related note: If they made an updated version of this game series for the current cards for 3DS/WiiU I might actually get involved in the TCG. I've heard it's fun but I'm not at a place where I can pump money into the TCG (social stigmas aside).
Also Diglet is a very good low cost ass rapist with shit health but no coin flips.
