in the game Battle Revolution, there are certain trainers wearing pokemon-themed outfits that you can fight in order to unlock those costumes. Under rare/unknown circumstances, sometimes the trainers can supposedly spawn with shiny coloured versions of those outfits. Information on these shiny outfits is extremely scarce however, with little evidence for their existance existing outside of a few pictures of a yellow Groudon outfit, and no one seems to know if it's even possible to obtain the shiny variant outfits for yourself.
