Haven't played gen 6 yet, but I have a bro for each and every gen preceding it:
Gen 1 was a Victreebel that I named Bob (I was about 6 at the time). It wrecked every trainer I came across along with my blastoise.
Gen 2 was furret (forgot the name I gave her) because she was what I always used to finish off my rival and she's what helped me the most in beating Lance.
Gen 3 was a swampert named Sapphire. I only used him and a gardevoir for my very first Sapphire run and I remember having an incredible time playing the game.
Gen 4 is a bit tricky, but I'd say that it's a tie between my infernape (named Sarumi, because I was going through a weeaboo phase at the time) and my toxicroak (named Keroro).
Gen 5 was my chandelure, Torchie. I bred him and a litwick in my White 2 and finally got a timid, female chandelure which I also named Torchie and who I use in the PWT.
Swampert's probably my favorite bro though.
