but everything else? fuck off; you can see murkrow in team rocket base, houndour is used by some of them, silver has sneasel (i don't ermember if anyone uses misdreavus)
houndour is just a dog, slap it like after 8th gym or something; misdreavus could be a rare encounter in the Burned Tower; sneasel should always been in ice path and murkrow could also be just a rare 8th gym encounter
but nah, let's fucking throw them into postgame
