I think it's cool that GF is referencing and expanding upon previous Pokelore for once. No one would've ever thought Arceus would have any relevance outside of being an event Pokemon or that he'd be anything besides a throwaway "God Pokemon" for shits and giggles.
Any other things they can do in a similar vein to this? All I can think:
