I'm no sculptor, so I'll give input to the best of my ability.
Personally, I'd've made a cavity within the head to allow the neck to seamlessly connect. Everything else in this aspect of your creation is good enough. I'm no connoisseur.
The make up is a bit gritty, but it has its own appeal. If you're looking to make cleaner lines, I'd suggest cleaning her off and taking a rest before doing continuing.
