I think the hat should still be floppy (snnrk) like in VS. 5, but 6 looks really good. This is going to sound odd, but the bigger hair on 6 makes him look more like a good guy than a bad guy. Maybe the hair pointing downwards instead of outwards makes him look more "slimey"?
In either case new "outward pointing" hair and his current hair are both good. I prefer it to be closest to art as possible, but 6 would work well for; say, the final battle against him when he is more serious?
