Octillery is a strange fighter. He has terrible ground mobility but is agile in the air, and can can stick to things with his tentacles. His A attacks tend to have limited range, but his Sniper ability makes his attacks have more knockback if they connect with the sweet spot.

Octazooka: Fires a large, fast moving projectile. Has good range and can be tilted slightly, but the move has a bit of a delay at startup.
>Side B:
Rock Blast/Bullet Seed. Fires rocks or seeds. Rocks travel in straight lines and seeds have a bit of an arc. Both can be aimed and both ricochet off walls.
>Up B:
Bounce. Octillery flips into the air before moving into a steed dive. Hard to aim, but can break shields.
>Down B
Focus Energy. Octillery gets pumped up, making the sweet spot for this other attacks larger for easier sniper shenanigans for a limited time.
>Final Smash
Full Artillery. Octillery fires off Hydro Pump, Fire Blast, Gunk Shot, Ice Beam, and Hyper Beam in order.
