Snowbelle native who aimed to be a Pokemon nurse, but quickly became burned out and jaded upon entering the field. It upset me too much to see what some trainers were willing to put their Pokemon through just to win a damn badge. I took a step back from the medical field and now mostly work as a Pokemon daycare attendant and breeder.
Mom and dad got me a Pikachu as a starter - they're popular and easy to get ahold of in nearby Santalune - but my prized Pokemon is the Wigglytuff, caught as a Jigglypuff in the Winding Woods when I used to go out searching for Pokemon Village. He uses Sing to soothe Pokemon that are anxious about being in a strange place or away from their trainers, and also to help me combat my insomnia.
Fletchling was caught on my way over to Route 7, where I interned under at their daycare. She's in charge of hatching eggs with her Flame Body. Eevee was a graduation gift of sorts when my training was completed - males are a dime a dozen in the breeding world. He evolved into Umbreon because I'm always up all goddamn night.
None of my team are big into battling, but we take on gyms every now and again as a casual sort of hobby. Magikarp never fights and is mostly just spoiled because I feel sorry for the species as a whole. He'll probably never evolve and that's fine.
