>>43963976Such a sass, did you drink some sassparella today? Sass is fine, just be careful not to let it carry over to work, because it'll cause notice, especially if hypocritical. Push brooms that are hypocritical or stifle the garden of content do not last very long.
I've seen all sorts of them, and I especially enjoy the ones who get big britches thinking that they are going to be the purist saviors of the boards they monitor and usher in a new golden age. The kind who get so inflated by the position. They burn out very quickly post high, or they double down and crack down. Once that happens, then come the ravens to test out how iron they are.
This is why its best to understand cultures, rather than pushing our own individual perspectives as adamant. Its a silent agreement to prevent a cascade situation where rocks, knives, bottles, and meteors from being thrown back and forth.
I can understand newblood, because I've seen them come and go; but I really wish they'd see the bigger picture, rather than the immediate. All the sass in the world means nothing when the meteors hover and bring in the tidal floods.
