Friendship and PoGo community kind of go hand in hand. Do you have a discord for your community you can get involved with? I'm not sure how Campfire is changing it up for people as I haven't tried it but it could potentially be a good avenue to meet people.
If you're talking about outside of the community, I guess you could try dating apps or picking up more hobbies. Going to the bar could be a chance for you to meet people but I was never a fan of that.
