It took the concept of a spy lizard and did the absolute worst execution with absolutely no charm in its design whatsoever. It has a cape, what seems like a skin-tight latex suit for skin, and ever pose its in makes it look so fucking uncomfortable.
Inteleon is by far the most mismanaged pokemon of the modern era.
