If you catch a certain number of Unown in Solaceon Ruins then you are rewarded with a chance of finding Hippopotas before the postgame. Note that the new Sinnoh Pokemon, i.e. Hippopotas, is hidden behind a gimmick while the Kanto Pokemon is the default and most common Pokemon.
