>>49060514As a Johto fan, I would say getting rid of the Kanto post-game in Gen 2. The problem that only Johto has it's direct connection with Kanto makes it difficult for the region to stand on it's own, especially in the eyes of the fanbas, and dumping the hollowed shell that's GSC Kanto in favor of expanding Johto. While in the short term it wouldn't as impactful, in the long term it would allow the region to stand it's own without and not "West Kanto".
