The holographic nature of the card means that you'll be able to see one aspect of the texturing better at one time, and the other aspects better at another angle. So feeling one and seeing one in person is the best bet.
But, here is my alt art Leafeon vmax.
You can see the tiny tiny little holo dots on the card. Looks like spray paint. Each of these dots is a point of texture. It feels like a powder coat, or a brushed metal. Then, if you look closely at the card, you'll notice lines that travel together parallel in bunches. These are the ridges. You see them in the body of the mon, the sky, the grass -- all over. They all go in many directions, but are also in groups of parallel bunches. Some of these go "with the grain" of the card, like curved patterns following the curved shape of a body, straight lines for trees, and wispy lines for clouds/sky. These are the raised ridges. Feels like a finger print. If you're a tactile person, you'll love these.
