I guess we're posting our takes on what the league should've been, this is my current idea, although sometimes I'll shift around certain Pokemon. This is more so for HGSS than GSC hence the cross-gen evolutions and is also why I turned Bugsy and Jasmine's teams into double battles to sort of emphasize that difference between HGSS to GSC, something I think the original games were kind of lacking.
I always like trying to portray Clair's team in contrast to Lance's hence her emphasis on Water-Type Pokemon compared to the Fire & Rock-Type Pokemon of Lance's team.
I would've liked to include more cross-gens but there aren't too many with good overlap for the league, maybe Electivire if you want to play into Jasmine's role at the Lighthouse more and Ambipom for Whitney but beyond that yeah not much to work with.
