Girls with unattractive feet simply have issues that can't really be fixed with cosmetic surgery. It usually involves her feet being really veiny, or her toes being too long, or the big toe being some gigantic monster. You can't really fix these things without crippling surgery. Best option for a girl with ugly feet is to simply keep them covered up and use emphasize her other assets.
That said, I'm fine with cosmetic surgery if it actually looks good. I'm totally fine if a girl wants to trim her bat wing vagina meat curtains.
I prefer flat chests, so I've never cared much for boob jobs.
