He also doesn't tolerate spicy or very spiced meals (spice in "lots of flavors"): one time he ate an "indian" dish made of rice, small sausages, raisins, and spicy curry. Needless to say, the clash of flavors made him reject the plate, go across the street, and buy a hamburguer.
