I think Nintendo are being kikes but the problem is that with how IP laws work they have no choice but being kikes, so even if I don't like it I understand why they do this. The brainlets on Twitter that spam hashtags like #freemelee and #savesmash don't grasp this because their idea of big corporations is based on a cartoonish (sometimes literally, as in based on the Simpsons or Rick & Morty or whatever) understanding of society, laws and capitalism.
