The idea is that it's able to turn sound vibrations into psychic energy, and play mental music. It's songs both lure and mind-control other pokemon.
The only problem is I don't know that much about music styles. And in it's design I want to include some human elements - like how Primarina looks like a beautiful opera singer, and Toxtricity and Obstagoon look like punk metal fans.
