Also, keep in mind that people use Stall in ladder because is easy to get high on ladder with it, since ladder kids just don't know how to fight Stall and people that ladder with memes don't have the tools to deal with them. This is why Stall is more common in ladder than actual tournaments, where Balance gets more use for being an overall better playstyle
