I think it would be really peaceful to live in White/2 Opelucid, and it feels like a city with a lot of interesting architecture given its theme. Other picks are Virbank (I like the feel of port cities and wanna live by the ocean, and I imagine it would have a bustling night life,) Slateport (for the same reasons) or Nacrene (cool art scene, I really enjoy museums.) I always enjoy hanging around any of these towns when I play Pokemon.
