Eat an encounter sandwich of the corresponding type, push your clock ahead one day at a time until you generate the outbreak you want, go to the outbreak, save (have your autosave turned off), eat a shiny sandwich (optional), blitz through the outbreak in Let's Go! mode because it doesn't kill shinies, reset if you didn't get it and eat another sandwich, repeat. Get any of the fuckers in under an hour.
