>>13574421>>Cont'd...*Mega Evolutions can only be unlocked after fighting a series of Horde Battles in the Tower of Mastery using the one Pokemon you're seeking to evolve. Mega Stones are one time use, but regenerate like Berries in the overworld.
*Swirlix and Spritzee stay pure Fairy and each evolves once. Swirlix becomes a large Afghan-style dog that seems similar to Stoutland; Spritzee turns into a flamingo/peacock hybrid with an ability to acts like an auto Sweet Scent
*Dual-type attacks DO NOT exist. However, more moves like Psychock DO. One example is a Bug move called "Skitter" that is a physical move but deals special damage.
*There are now also one or two attacks that attack stats in a unique way. One Fighting move titled "Bone Lock" runs off your physical stat but deals damage to the opponent's Speed; the stronger the attack is, the more levels they lose in their speed stat. There's another one, a Ghost move, that lowers special defense, of all things.
*Two new weather effects: Full Moon and New Moon, which run off the Fairy/Dark schtick the legendaries have. Full Moon is essentially Rain Dance for Fairies, and the same for New Moon with Dark types. Full Moon also benefits Psychic types while New Moon benefits Ghosts. Not sure on the other effects, but they basically simulate "nighttime" whenever they're in play. Fog is also now a full weather effect
*There's an automatic hazard removing ability in-game.
*Some Pokemon now have access to a 4th ability, some have older abilities changed. 4th abilities are just as rare as the other hidden abilities.
*New Mega Evolutions include all the starters, Aggron, Sableye (gets Prankster), Clefairy, Corsola and Girafarig. Not positive on specifics, but Aggron sees an increase in both attack stats and Corsola turns into a major tank.
*Fairy-type changes for older mons aren't that plentiful: Clefairy line,Togepi line, Skitty line, Plusle/Minun and that's about it.
