Also more diverse moveset. Double Team for evasion. Pin missile for Sabrina and your rivals Alakazam. Double Kick for all the bulky normal types like Snorlax. Raichu is a fuckin pussy compared to Jolteon. If you really need another electric obviously there's Zapdos. Even Electabuzz looks the coolest. And electrode can explode. So i guess Raichu is only better than magneton.
