You'd also know that every ghost that gets thunderbolt, save Golurk gets thunder. Thief is a bit of a gray area, since Girafarig gets it and its distribution is fuck-all anyway, but neither Rapidash nor Zebsrika gets it, so if you have that strong of convictions, I'll remove it.
