The Pokémon creatures themselves look better in SV. I really like how they have actual textures and aren't just flat colors. It's nice to see their fur, their feathers, their scales, etc.
Everything else, though? SwSh's artstyle was much better, especially outside the Wild Area (which, let's be honest, looks like trash). I think many places even look quite nice (like picrel). Dare I say that Paldea is just a region-sized Wild Area.
And, as other anons have said, SV's artstyle is very Western. I don't like that.
