Hawlucha. Has been one of my favourite mons since XY, and he pretty much carried the team for the first half of the game.

Dugtrio. Just didn't really get much use out of it, and it was pretty frail. If I could go back I would choose Mudsdale as my ground type.

Primarina. Chose popplio as my starter as I've previously used litten and rowlet in my SM playthroughs. It was great at taking hits and was alright at dishing out damage, but in retrospect I would have gone with litten as my starter and used araquanid as my water type.

Malamar. Would've been the weakest link but it singlehandedly dealt with the entire rr episode, not to mention topsy-turvy /contrary shenanigans
