A: Why is are the stairs to the docks going up? The boardwalk is above beach level, whereas the docks are just above sea level. So naturally the docks should be lower in altitude.
B: That little bit of sand near the top just kind of stops. If you change it so the ridge wraps around the beach then it looks like it gets cut off by a rocky outcropping, and it looks more natural.
Also, I'm not sure but was there going to be a water route that could be accessed from here? Might wanna move the rocks in that case
C: The palm trees in the fence look weird and out of place to me. If it were up to me I'd have no fence but I think the fence is acceptable, the real issue I have here is the trees, and the fact that there are no flowers there either. There are flowers in the town, but not on the wild outskirts? Seems odd to me.
D: To take advantage of those tables, this place should be a restaurant of some kind.
Also, I'm the guy who suggested the Ferris Wheel so thanks for putting it in there. But if you really don't like it you can just get rid of it, it's no big deal. We don't have a tile for that anyway.
Also I like how you reworked the pier and the house layout.
