Under his care the siblings had been given the necessary training needed to become self-sufficient but more importantly, Zephira and Voltaris were taught to overcome they're fear of Wind and Lighting. Due to Simoons intense training, by the time the siblings turned 16, they had become masters of Flying type and Electric type Pokémon.
They're Gym is a battle facility structed on an Artificial island that combines they're two elements wind and lighting. On one side you have the wind turbines and the like drawing power from the wind and on the other side there's energy transfer/conduits guiding electracy to the core, keep everything stable. And at the center of it all is the Gigantic Spiraling Lighthouse to which the two make their home. Since they're a double battle, You have to complete both of the they're gym challenges first before you can face them. They're battle has them take advantaged of the ability Drizzle and Electric surge by using Pokémon that know the moves Hurricane and Thunder.
