>>43053683Ha, good luck! I am enormously amused you now have "telling the Piers-posters apart" as a little challenge for the threads. And yeah, again, I agree with your post! I'd have to think about where SwSh came on my list. I'd probably still place vanilla!SM and BW higher, I think, but I did genuinely enjoy it. It has a lot of flaws, but they don't take away from that I had fun with it. Like I said here-
>>43053458 - my experience was improved by the friends I was able to play alongside.
I can understand why you'd not be bothered by the Dex cut, and I think that's fair. I was disappointed, but never rabid about the issue. I imagine they just ran out of time, something had to give, and unfortunately the most expendable thing was the 500+ Pokémon that weren't in the regional dex. Totally agree with you on yearly releases being a mistake- I've been saying this since BW2!
I was just disappointed about the Dex thing because I wanted to bring all my old teams up another gen (I have Pokémon from Ruby and Emerald playthroughs) and camp with them, so I was just disappointed I couldn't do that with them all. I'd have to break my teams up as only a few of them made it, and I don't want to do that. I'd rather wait it out to see what Pokémon the DLC lets in before I even consider Home- I'm happy to keep my old teams and my Living Dex on Bank/USM until then.
In any case, it's getting late here so I'm heading to bed. Good night, everyone!
