I have a few trained pokemon, and good shinies to trade. The best shiny I can offer is an ORAS/XY bred shiny Absol that's Adamant or Jolly (i can't remember, but I'll check if anyone's interested) with 5 or 6 perfect IVs. I don't think it has any egg moves, though. It's also already EV trained into Attack and Speed.
