I recently restarted Ultramoon to catch EVERYTHING possible in a beast ball. I became Champion last week after about 25 hours played (I took my time).
Now, I'm catching all the legendaries in beast balls. I've only got Mewtwo and the ones that require the other Pokemon in your party.
I'm going to buy UltraSun soon and play through that, to get the UltraSun exclusives in beast balls.
