This evolution reminds me of something. Back when the capumon beta sprites drama happend with Helix Chamber they found inside the files pic related of an NPC. And they called it "slowpoke wizard". It is probably unintentional from GF but still it would be funny if they really reused an old concept from 95-96. But i find it odd that one year after HC call that thing slowpoke wizard we get an actual slowpoke hooded in a similar fashion.
