RSE was the last game i played through hardcore. it was the last time i was ever really invested in pokemon and my friend had already stopped playing and while i still love gen 3, I was introduced to superstar saga which became my one of my favorite rpgs
I did a playthrough of gen 4 but didnt really give a fuck because pokemon by this point wasn't "cool" and i just stopped caring. My life consisted of football and vanilla wow.
Never played a pokemon game since, and i still occasionally see new pokemon i might like, but the designs jsut keep getting shittier and shittier (the one that recently got in to smash is fucking terrible lol). I fell in love with pic related and i dont even know why
