>>32634943Yeah, it's most likely a Sinnoh next. This year is a break year. The reason being that there is evidence that they are working on Gen 8 for the Switch right now (with GF hiring new 3D artists and whatnot). That means they're gonna need a big buffer to crank out new models for ALL Pokemon (they have been using the same engine since Gen 6 with minor alterations).
There are a ton of Kanto references in Gen 7, but that is nothing new. Especially since this was the 20th anniversary of Pokemon. So, referencing the time buffer they will need, as I mentioned above, they will most likely opt to do a remake for the final Gen 7 game. Kanto has already been remade. Sinnoh is next in line if their trend of remakes continues. Then I'd guess it'll be another break year before Gen 8.
