Pyre, but I want to know if that decision came before or after the choice to have both a fire gym leader AND fire enemy. Getting Vulpix at a more feasible time would have smoothed it over a bit. Camerupt is fine as a player Pokemon, hard to use but has a lot of coverage it mostly learns by itself, but that risk makes it a terrible boss Pokemon. Why didn't the Magma's use Slugma again?
