>>27958497>>27958501There's always a risk with prerelease hype, but I'm going to trust that Team "has a bone to pick with you" Skull is basically full of well-meaning knuckleheads who just want to be accepted and formed their own little gang out of butthurt when they were rejected by the establishment. A bunch of teenagers wearing baggy pants and bandanas aren't exceptionally threatening, especially when one of them is bargaining with his bro to just leave the area before anyone notices that they made a mistake. Although the team grunts are always slightly goofy, overall Skull seems to be characterised as entertaining and tongue-in-cheek.
Also the big bads are usually characterised as distant, cold, aloof and completely in control. Guzma is loud, passionate, expressive, confrontational. I just can't see him being played straight as a dangerous or malicious force to be reckoned with. I think the most he'll do is be a Silver-level antagonist who learns the error of their ways on a smaller, personal level.
