Uniforms will be something like grey hazmat suits with helmets that cover the face and inbuilt earplugs that cancel all noise except being tuned in to the team communications like walkie-talkies with a mini speaker to communicate so no one except team members will know what they're saying.
Hideout will probably be a secret mountain base with a gigantic library (because silence) and communication will be in written/published code or hand gestures.
