Hell, if this mon was common in the meta, that would help balance him. If you saw a pure normal come into the field against your Draug Rednow mon, you'd know there was a chance a Skill Swap is coming your way, forcing you to switch out, KO the opponent, roar the other mon away, or have to deal with a mon immune to attacks that you have to toxic. I could see that being a fun element of mindgame, if it's not as omnipresent as M-Ray in the VGC where it was allowed.
