Should've been clearer in the OP. "Hometown or home county".
I'll start:
Isle of Wight
- like a southerly Dewford
- NPC's appearances are updated versions of the RBY NPC sprites, since the Isle of Wight hasn't changed since the 50s
- A bring back of the Dewford trendy word gimmick in the town hall
- Fossils spawn in random locations on the beaches every day
- A dilapidated Victorian roller coaster on the seaside (Blackgang Chine)
- Butterfree world; a reserve for Bug type pokemon. (There's a real Butterfly world, also an emu, spider, and donkey preserve). Bug catching contest?

Pic related is an incident that happened a couple of years ago. Some drunk lads lifted a Triceratops from the side of the road and used it to block traffic. Why is there a Triceratops on the side of the road? The island has particularly soft ground, which makes finding fossils relatively easy, so the island got a reputation for fossil hunting. In the 90s, to bank on the success of Jurassic Park, and to drum up tourism for the island, some madman built a bunch of model dinosaurs and put them all over the place. Most are in Blackgang chine now. That's why it's not just an island retard theme like Dewford, it's also fossil-themed.
