1. Nintendo has never asked for any more info about myself than your general location and ZIP number, both of which can be spoofed.
2. Nintendo never had a track record of leaking customer info.
3. Nintendo has never been intrusive in what they pick up, even in their surveys.
All that being said, I think it's just safer to play Unite on Switch and probably Apple than on Android phones like Huawei and XiaoMi
