First off, most pokemon with extremely high attack are hampered either by frailty like Sharpedo, or slowness like Scizor. Crawdaunt is slow /and/ frail, only redeemed by a slightly above average special attack stat which isnt good enough for mixed attacking.

Crawdaunt's DW ability is Adaptability. Making STAB moves 2x instead of 1.5x stronger. Crawdaunt gets STAB on aqua jet and sucker punch helping it bypass its middling speed and invest in hp/defence salvaging what little bulk it has.

OH WAIT, no aqua jet or sucker punch.
