>>47181181Not him but unless we're talking an umbreon from a past gen (when it got toxic and heal bell), a cosmic power umbreon would probably not be that different from whatever it runs right now. Cosmic power, foul play, wish, protect. If it has access to heal bell, it probably runs it over protect. Maybe toxic over foul play, and you just live with being taunt bait.
