After Gyarados, I slept the first Dragonite with Winter. Then set a few withdraws with Commander just in case of the possible hyper beams.
Which happened to be irrelevant because Commander was faster anyway; he decimated everything with ice punch and surf.
Not the best crown symbol for their celebration, but I grabbed the first thing I found.
Still I love these guys. Seriously I had a lot of luck surrounding the Morty accident. If Commander had not survived that fight by a hair, or I hadn't found a lucky Miltank right after losing 5/6 of the team, I don't think this run would be still here.
I'm on the hometown now. Gonna take a rest from the game and will continue to Kanto (and Red) sometime later.
