I set up on the Porygon and Milotic. Still 5/6 isn't bad. I could probably test with lower levels to find the sweet spot where it doesn't die from 1 CC from the Lucario but I don't want to bother anymore. I can give you the pkhex file if you want to try yourself.

Calm Nature, max HP and SpD EVs (I'm still not sure about these, maybe Def would be better, I don't think SpA is worth it after the Nasty Plots)
Early Bird, Chesto Berry
Nasty Plot, Agility (you probably only need 1 to outspeed but I spammed it to +6 to be safe), Rest (that's where the nature and berry come in, it's probably a good idea to put a few PP Maxs here), Dazzling Gleam
Maybe it's worth swapping Nasty Plot for Calm Mind but it feels too slow idk and I wasn't dying to the special attackers anyway.
